Of multi piece construction, consisting of a four pointed multi rayed silver star with an applique mounted to the obverse, the applique consisting of a white enamelled cross with a green enamelled laurel wreath between the arms of the cross, with a central white enamelled medallion bearing a Yugoslav Royal Crown consisting of multi coloured enamels, the reverse is plain, with two rivets
