Venetian Red Earrings, by Ruth Majapahit Half-pound of all different gemstonesHung from a handmade pair of Thai Silver earwires which are 1 1 2 inches long, total length is 1 3 4 inches long. The deep red semi transparent beads are very rare and were made in Italy in the mid late 1800's, and traded in West Africa. Simple and elegant! The same color as older white heart beads (Coralene D'Alleppo).
