2023 Seresin Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand Brea Wine Co. with little to no débourbageCrafted biodynamically at Seresin Estates Raupo Creek vineyard in the heart of Marlborough, this Sauvignon Blanc blends 90% Sauvignon Blanc with 10% Semillon. The wine is wildfermented parcel by parcelincluding a touch of barrel fermentation in older French oakwith no new oak used. After fermentation, parcels are aged on lees for about five to seven months before being gently blended and bottled with minimal sulfur.
